Cut and finished in small runs, so no two are quite identical.

Finished by hand, so the grain is different on every piece.

Made from a single panel, which is why there is no seam across the base.

Everyday hardware, solid rather than plated, so it wears instead of flaking.

Tested through a winter on the coast before it went into production.
